Location and staff were exceptional, and this hotel was lively and exceptionally clean. The views from my large bedroom were panoramic. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including jam, pastries, milk, breads and cheese.

spectacular location, great-sized property, spacious beds. the view from our functional single room was pleasant. the staff was immensely pleasant, exceptionally kind, and everything was amazing. the hotel was in the heart of san sebastian, and we were within easy walking distance of san sebastian.

Convenient room, outstandingly accommodating staff and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I got free upgrade and liked it. The breakfast was REASONABLE and there was plenty of delicious food.

It was a restful experience overall. Hotel was fairly clean and staff was very professional. Breakfast had lots of options, meats, cheese, fresh bread, jam and croissants. A sandy beach, almost perfect view.

Staff was excellent, cozy base for one night. Location within 1 mile of monte urgull. San Sebastian City Center district definitely deserves exploring;))
